Constellation Real Estate Partners secured construction financing for a two-building industrial park project located in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.
It received about $28.3 million in construction financing for its new industrial development near Goodlettsville, a suburb about 14 miles north of downtown Nashville. The project, named Constellation Goodlettsville 65, will feature two five-star logistics facilities totaling 352,620 square feet, with one building spanning 182,520 square feet and the other 170,100 square feet.
The facilities will feature 32- to 36-foot ceiling heights, 135-foot truck courts, 95 dock doors, multiple ingress/egress points and parking for 274 cars, with flexibility for single or multitenant configurations.
The financing package includes a joint venture equity investment from Hartford Investment Management and $28,341,422 in construction financing from First Horizon Bank. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2025.
